Mayo Alanen and Michelle Officer embody the elegance, sophistication and drama of classical ballroom. Their effortless grace and traditional dynamic have a nostalgic quality that is heightened with athleticism and punctuated with technique.

With several National Championship Titles between them, they continue to rise to the top of their division with a sense of extraordinary vision, character, creativity, and discipline.

Mayo and Michelle have made numerous appearances on TV, stage, and film. Notable credits include Dancing with the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, America's Ballroom Challenge, Mad Hot Ballroom, Disney's Enchanted and The Academy Awards.

Currently living in Manhattan and training out of Manhattan Ballroom Dance Studio and Roger’s Dancesport Center in Fairfield New Jersey, they are driven to perfect their art and cultivate a deeply educational teaching style that is positive, fun, and inspiring.

Mayo and Michelle are passionate in the belief that true success comes from enabling the dreams of others. As ambassadors of their sport, they believe that Ballroom Dancing instills a wide range of important values, develops confidence, and fosters creativity.
